Equipped with internationally advanced digital precision machining equipment, we achieve full-process automated and intelligent production from raw materials to finished products.
The company has introduced high-end production equipment including 5-axis machining centers, turn-mill composites and laser metal 3D printers, with precision machining capabilities for titanium alloy, CoCrMo, ceramic and other medical materials.

Swiss-Type Lathe (Sliding Head)
Precision sliding-head automatic lathe for high-speed, high-precision machining of slender shafts and micro precision parts, with wide diameter range and surface roughness below Ra0.4, meeting micro implant requirements.
Laser Metal 3D Printer
Selective Laser Melting (SLM) metal 3D printing equipment directly manufactures titanium alloy trabecular porous structures, enabling rapid prototyping of personalized custom prostheses and customized solutions for complex cases.
Precision Polishing & Post-Processing Line
